Lifestyle Foundations: Sleep, Training, Nutrition and Stress
Lifestyle education is part of what we teach, not a separate medical service. For anything medical, including labs or treatment, talk with a licensed clinician. In most cases, labs come first. We don’t promise results.
I’m Charles Chancio III, the founder, and I’m not a clinician. Before anyone talks about labs or treatment, I like to start with the unglamorous basics. They’re free, and they’re in your control. Here’s what our education covers.
Sleep
How consistent your sleep and wake times are, what your evenings look like, and how to read the sleep data your wearable gives you without obsessing over every number.
Training
How to build a training routine you can keep up around a demanding schedule. We cover the difference between strength, conditioning and mobility work, and how to plan around travel and busy weeks.
Nutrition
General habits only: protein, hydration, meal timing and reading labels. We don’t create meal plans or recommend supplements. For more, see Nutrition Education.
Stress
How to notice your stress load, how recovery habits fit into a full calendar, and how stress can show up in the tracking data you already collect.
When it’s a medical question
If something feels off, such as ongoing fatigue, trouble sleeping or a change in mood, that’s not a lifestyle question. Talk with a licensed clinician. If you’re having thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988.
Going deeper
If you’d like to talk through the foundations one-on-one, a Biohacking Strategy Session is an education-only conversation with me. It isn’t medical care, and I don’t make individual supplement recommendations.
Available nationwide.
Not sure where to begin? Take the free self-check, or request a private call to learn how it works.
Educational information only, not medical advice. Charles Chancio III is the founder of The Vitality Collective and is not a clinician. For anything medical, talk with a licensed clinician. In an emergency, call 911.
