Nutrition Education
Led by Charles Chancio III, the founder. I’m not a dietitian, nutritionist or clinician, and this isn’t medical nutrition therapy or individualized dietary advice.
What I offer is general nutrition education and habit coaching, drawn from my own experience trying to eat well around a demanding schedule. It’s the kind of conversation you’d have with someone who has spent a lot of time on the basics, not a plan written for your body. We don’t promise results.
What we talk about
- Protein. What protein is, where it shows up in everyday foods, and how people commonly spread it across the day.
- Hydration. Simple ways to notice how much you’re actually drinking, and how caffeine and alcohol fit into your routine.
- Meal timing. How meals fit around early meetings, travel, training and late nights, and what I do when my own calendar gets chaotic.
- Reading labels. How to read a nutrition facts panel and an ingredient list, and what serving sizes really mean.
- Building habits. Planning ahead, grocery routines and making the easy choice the default.
What this isn’t
This general nutrition education and habit coaching doesn’t include meal plans, plans built from your labs or biomarkers, or supplement recommendations. It doesn’t address any disease or medical condition. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or have questions about how food relates to your health, talk with a licensed clinician or a registered dietitian. For anything medical, talk with a licensed clinician.
Why I do this
Nutrition advice online is loud and contradictory. I’ve found that the basics, done consistently, are easier to stick with than the latest trend. I’m happy to share what I’ve learned and help you think through habits that fit your life. The decisions are yours, and anything medical belongs with a professional.
Available nationwide.
